Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC provides its services to you, the client, subject to the following terms of service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Description of Services Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC provides a range of management consulting services, including strategy consulting, operations consulting, analytics consulting, and program management. Our services are provided to clients on a customized basis, tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.
Payment You agree to pay for the services provided by Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC in accordance with the fees and payment terms agreed between you and Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC. Any additional expenses incurred by Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC in the course of providing services to you will be billed separately.
Confidentiality Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC will maintain the confidentiality of all information and data provided by you and will not disclose such information to any third party, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property All materials, including reports, analysis, and recommendations, produced by Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC as part of its services will be the sole property of Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC. You may use such materials solely for the purpose of implementing the recommendations provided by Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC.
Warranties Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC provides its services with reasonable care and skill. However, Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC does not guarantee the outcome of its services and makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of any information provided as part of its services.
Limitation of Liability Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC’s liability to you will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided. Ad-Hoc Consultants LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising from the provision of its services.
Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will promptly pay any amounts outstanding under this agreement.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.
